Sehwa Private High School’s district becomes the center of a nightmare where Seoul’s everyday streets, classrooms, and hidden corners reflect into the hostile realm known as the Coma. The Coma 3: Bloodlines is a side-scrolling survival-horror adventure built around panic, secrecy, and the feeling that every locked door may be safer than the corridor behind it. Korean folklore, curses, and occult history give its supernatural threats a specific cultural identity rather than relying on generic haunted-house scares. Its story follows three characters caught in a conflict involving the secretive Sehwa Foundation and the Ghost Vigilantes, while the boundary between life, death, and the spirit world grows dangerously thin.

Survival means moving carefully through compact 2D environments, searching for clues, useful items, and puzzle solutions while avoiding enemies that can quickly turn an investigation into a chase. Combat is not the focus; the central rhythm is spotting danger, hiding effectively, managing escape routes, and using quick thinking when a monster corners you.
