UFO ROBOT GRENDIZER – The Feast of the Wolves follows Daisuke, the surviving prince of Planet Fleed, as he hides at Shirakaba Farm while the Vega Empire closes in on his adopted home. When alien Monstronefs begin their assault, Daisuke launches Grendizer from beneath Professor Umon’s observatory and answers overwhelming force with drills, blades, and spectacular finishing moves. The tone is proudly heroic rather than grim, leaning hard into the melodrama, visual identity, and music of Go Nagai’s classic series.

Combat revolves around third-person brawling in Grendizer, with straightforward combos, evasive movement, ranged attacks, and signature techniques such as Screw Crusher Punch and Double Harken. Successful battles reward careful use of the robot’s energy and an understanding of when to unleash its more destructive abilities, while upgrades improve its familiar arsenal over the course of the campaign. The adventure regularly changes perspective: players pilot the Spazer through aerial combat sequences, take control of Koji Kabuto’s TFO in vertical shoot-’em-up missions, and spend quieter stretches exploring locations as Daisuke. Those on-foot segments provide story context, character interactions, and collectibles between the larger robot confrontations, giving the game a more episodic rhythm than a pure arena fighter.
